Barack Obama on why he’s trailing Hillary Clinton by 27 points in Kentucky:
“What it says is that I’m not very well known in that part of the country” … “Sen. Clinton, I think, is much better known, coming from a nearby state of Arkansas. So it’s not surprising that she would have an advantage in some of those states in the middle.”
Not very well known in that part of the country? Doesn’t Kentucky border your own state of Illinois, Senator? Arkansas is a couple states away! Kentucky is more your part of the country than Senator Clinton’s.
(you can’t make this stuff up!)

Thought I should come by and repay the visit you were kind enough to pay me today
:)
Nice place…I was wondering how you found me…it was Writer Chick if my assumption is correct? I spotted her on your blogroll….
I try not to comment on other countries politics, so I’m refraining from saying anything here….I might have a wander through the archives if that’s ok?
I’ll try to clean up before I leave though

Yes, I was led to your place by WC. You’re welcome to drop by anytime :-)
I understand about political comments; often a touchy subject. However, never a worry here–if you ever have something to say, say it. I welcome any discussion and all points-of-view. We may not always agree, but I always respect an educated argument.
Cheers.

LOL - I think the problem might be is that he is becoming known of late and it’s turning folks off.

Agree. It does seem that way, doesn’t it? It makes for some good political comedy, though!
